Apostle Marq is a man of tremendous compassion who exemplifies the term “a giver.” It is not at all unusual for him to personally extend help to members in need, or to lead the charge in the community to help those less fortunate. For many individuals, self-sufficiency cannot be achieved in a single step. It requires strategies that create ladders out of poverty—strategies that provide the assistance, guidance and time needed to become self-sufficient. Recognizing this

Apostle Marq has developed a community resource program that serves the low-income adult population (18+) of Atlanta, Georgia. Divine Believers of Faith Church International provides the following life essential classes: Adult basic education and GED testing; Want-To-Work Program (including employment training, resume and interviewing skills); Parenting classes (including healthy living, home management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills); Substance Abuse Group. Those are just a few examples of how he not only gives personally but directs corporate giving as well.

Apostle Marq has a lovely wife, Zaketia (Keke), who is the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. She is the quiet strength in the Kendrick family, raising two children. She is an awesome woman of God in her own right and has much to offer the body of Christ. She is an inspiration to many of the women at Divine Believers of Faith Church International  as they watch her lovingly and quietly support her husband in every sense of the word.
